Save money with our PacketReach VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone service. We offer various service levels to fit your needs, including our most popular unlimited outbound nationwide calling plan which also includes calls to Canada. Up to now you have not heard about us because we are primarily a VOIP service wholesale provider. We are ready to enter as a direct retailer.

This is a stand alone service. What that means is that it is completely separate from your computer and your computer does not need to be powered on for this service to work.

You also do not need to be a subscriber of our broadband services (ie: DSL, T1) in order to subscribe to our VOIP phone service. As long as you have a broadband connection (ie: cable modem from Comcast) you can use our service.

Key Service Information

• All service plans include the ATA device (except BYOD service plans). We use the Linksys PAP2.
• Web based phone portal allows end-users to customize their service. Some parameters accessed from the phone portal are: call treatments, voicemail and inbound fax management, simultaneous ring locations, and call logs.
• Near real-time call accounting.
• Integrated NAT Traversal allows our service to be used with residential and business broadband.
• We support BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and do not charge extra for this.
• No charge for inbound calls.
• Peering with other VOIP providers (such as FWD).
• Free calls to other PacketReach VOIP customers.
• Outbound faxing is supported (*99 feature code) for most fax machines.

Our Network

We built and manage our own nationwide, VOIP network. Our infrastructure uses multiple platforms and network paths for redundancy. This enables us to provide you with high voice quality and reliability. You will not be disappointed with sound quality nor reliability from our service.

We provide our own call-center for 911 calls. This means we do not have to rely on a third party to route 911 calls to the proper emergency service.
